The physics of the ladder for 3.9u11 properly drop each rung down from the top when placing the ladder. However, when removing the ladder block/rung at a time from the bottom, only the rung above the broken rung/block drops. Anything above that stays in place. The expected behavior is breaking the bottom block/rung will result in all blocks/rungs above it to drop together.
