Add SearchArea support to RangedCollector IC

Using Spigot 1.16.5
Craftbook Version 3 (not 5 yet with no official release)

Describe the bug
Place MC1214 Ranged Collector, Use Region as area. Sign resets to radius 10 around the sign.

To Reproduce

...Place Sign on block with Chest above
Use [MC1214] IC
...In Radius area i put r:treefarm (which is what i defined with WorldGuard
Sign Resets to 10 Radius around sign
Expected behavior
Should use the defined area with worldguard

Good to know, i thought it was bugged as the Harvester works with World Guard :) Thanks
