CRAFTBOOK-2204 - Reported by Dark_Arc

Redstone repeaters, either powered or unpowered, placed adjacent to the redstone wire connecting to a MC1110 circuit, interferes with the circuit's ability to detect and output high. See attached images.

#1) Setup: MC0271 --> MC1110 >>> MC0111
#2) MC0271 outputs high to the transmitter, transmitter works correctly and outputs high, self-triggered receiver picks it up and also outputs high.
#3) Setup: MC0271 --> MC1110 >>> MC0111. Redstone repeater (off) is placed 1 block adjacent and down from the redstone wire connecting the MC0271 output to the MC1110 circuit.
#4) MC0271 outputs high to the transmitter, but transmitter does not seem to register the high signal, so the receiver does not output high.
