Uhm, sry for this but i have to do, i think...

Change the way to teleport ppl in Minecarts,
why ?

1. player can bypass borders and enter any areas they wont, thats like a one way tele hack
2. player "can" fall "out of world" when they do a misktake with coords or chunk load not fast enough
3. i need to add always 1 block more to coord X to hit right block after teleport (bug?)
4. maybe more that i forgot or dont know

its a nice idea with this tele coords really,
but it makes to much trouble that nobody need
plz do it this way (its just simple, safe and proofed)

Basically, add a elevator mechanic.

This can now be done with [Lift] [Lift Up] & [Lift Down] signs below a netherbrick block.
