CRAFTBOOK-2221 - Reported by Dark_Arc

This JAR module should handle conversion from Falsebook to Craftbook and also conversion from the current Craftbook IC system to the system after the refactor.

All current code needs to be reviewed and stripped of conversion code.
The entry point for converting ICs should be exactly before Factory.create() is beeing called, or before the sign validy check.
