Allow signs to be optionally also on the block instead of below

For stations on bridges or multi-level - stations, it would be cool if the station-sign could be also placed on the side of a block instead of under it.
E.g. I could place the sign for the station on the obsidian block under the platform, because under the obsidian-block is no space remaining for a sign.
