The block breaker ICs are extremely exploitable. They allow players to break and collect bedrock, fire, portal blocks, end portal blocks, end portal frames, mob spawners, placed versions of certain blocks, and a number of other problematic things. It also lets users break blocks that are normally protected, and it breaks and collects flowing water and lava as full lava and water blocks. It breaks blocks as their silk touch variations, as well
unless most of these are fixed, this IC should probably added to the restricted list.
