I can't make it work... I tried the 0219 too... It picks up the block put won't spit anything. I'm using 3.3.9 and bukkit #2488

I put the dispencer over a Stone, Facing the opposite of the sign... Inside I used the four bottom left to try to create stonebrick. O empty, and S for stone...

Also, the mc0209 stoped working after a few hours... gonna checks the logs to know more about this...
