Feature request/idea:

Create custom flags for craftbook features for next major release of worldguard so for example, you can allow people to place stackable snow, but disable the stacking feature in arenas that use snowballs.

Flags won't exist in WG6 as they do in WG5. This needs to be re-looked at when rulelists are done.
