MC2500 (Pulser) don't use parameters

MC2500 pulse only one signal of one tick, even if there's parameters on third and fourth lines... I want to have a longer pulse...

The last available on the bukkitdev "CraftBook 3.4 for CB 1.4.5-R1.0" but i'm with 1.4.6-R0.1
