You don't have permissions to create this vehicle mechanic!
But why if users have proper permission?

You must've done something wrong with your permissions, it works perfectly fine for me

I am going to mark this as invalid, as checking the code shows this is not the case, and it works absolutely fine for me. You must be incorrectly using your permissions file. Not a CraftBook issue.
