There features don't work in build #1610.
Crafting recipes I've tested only on shape3x3,
Paiting switcher don't show any info about stating editing painting,
snow placing works only by snowman but by players don't.

I recommend to rewrite custom crafting recipe file like this plugin:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/recipemanager/

Example of crafting in this plugin:
CRAFT
SEEDS + SEEDS + SEEDS
SEEDS + SMOOTH_BRICK + SEEDS
SEEDS + SEEDS + SEEDS
= SMOOTH_BRICK:1

Is way better and easier to use.

Something in snow generating in Craftbook are wrong. When new chunks is generated server load increasing, causing huge lag and generate this -> http://darkonia.mcpl.eu/mapa/#/779/64/879/max/0/0

Do you have Realistic snow turned on with that last image?

And for the other things, did you give them permissions for the stuff? And do they have WorldGuard allow permissions in the area?

The issues you described in the main post were caused by a issue in worldguard, and I have disabled the code that was associated with it.

The other stuff require creation of a seperate issue.
