Problem: IC MC1211 The yoffset does not do anything
I tried it on new IC's I made , and previous IC's that I have been using for some time. They all have the same problem

I type:

[MC1211]
84-10
0,30,0:10,10

and I get 10x10 jukeboxes that spawn at the same level as the IC block
