I have lots of wireless transmitters in relatively small area and it is showing odd behaviour - like there is another transmitter for it blocking the signal of the channel in one state even if it is new channel previously unused.

Plus when i submit a opposite signal to this channel (ie when output from corresponding MC0111 is High and i put Low into proper MC1110), third line of that transmitter sign disappears and reappears when that signal goes to the same level as is output.
