CRAFTBOOK-2409 - Reported by GameDezyner

IC MC1202 is ignoring the first parameter and dispensing one chest slot, no matter whether it is a single item or an entire stack. The chip used to default to dispensing items one at a time, and this has stopped a few of my circuits from working properly.

Currently running:

Looks like it was due to a bukkit change, idk... I've fixed it now.

Hm... I just compiled the code from git after you made that change. Doesn't seem to have fixed the issue for me. Still dropping full stacks.
