Hello,

I would like to make a suggestion for a new feature that allows the player to choose between ´normal´ and ´special´ tracks (high-speed Rails etc). Any minecart driving on rails build above the control block should be provided with an maximum speed factor that should be different from the normal ´max-speed-modifier´.

My only issue with this is, to set the max speed, it'd need to set it back to normal again. Which could be altered so carts are at higher speeds forever
