Would it be possible to add a permission node for the custom crafting recipes mechanism (not for each recipe just custom crafting in general)? Or is there already one but not documented in wiki?

Using the new advanced recipe data systems in CraftBook, I think i have successfully done this.

You can define it yourself, with the permission-node: "perm.node" configuration node. Just place that in a recipe.

Due to the way mc and bukkit handle recipes, this isn't all that possible.
