There's nothing anywhere about how to build a 3I3O. Not in the wiki, not in the code. Please fix, or at least describe how to build it here. Thanks!

Place another block behind the sign the IC is on, and put your three outputs on that, as if that was the back block of a SI3O. Treat the sign as if it was a 3ISO
