That's strange..That's the only version my host let's me update to besides the one underneath it. Thank you for your help. I'll submit a ticket with my host and hopefully be able to update it. If it continues after I'll post here.

You're missing part of the error there, but I believe this was the bukkit bug that was fixed already, you should update craftbukkit.

Update to the latest build of CraftBukkit or spigot.

Edit: Apparently it isn't fixed in Spigot. You must use the latest CraftBukkit.

I am using the latest Craftbukkit though. CraftBukkit - 2700 1.5.1 R0.1 - DEV - MOST RECENT

and the error is long and keeps repeating thats why i only posted a bit of it.

That is far from most recent version of bukkit. There have been 17 versions since then.
