BlockBags would allow all IC's that currently exist, to have the ability to use pre-existing blocks, as well as all existing mechanics. This could be from an inventory, a chest, a sign, or from thin air.

Closing this. Block bags keep coming up and while they might make sense, they're a massive overcomplication for what 99% of people want, and a massive maintenance overhead. It does not make sense to implement these.
