Hi,

The title tells everything. While the [Bounce] always works on blocks or items, it doesn't work very well on players. When trying to launch a player in the air (upward), it will work about 60/70% of the time...

This may be fixed latest build, if not. It is not a fixable issue.

Hmm.. Then the issue is they aren't in the block, and there isn't a way to check what block they are mostly in with bukkit.
