The only comment i have reached is "outputs high if item is inside container." Then the next page as told above. I have not reached yet to make the output go high, and i am in doubt i have placed the sign right, or written it correctly, as i have no example to work from.

i have noticed, when i add an ic for example "[mc0272]" the output is changed to "[mc0272]s" sometimes, is this also a broken sign?

no, that is craftbook changing your signs to the new formats
all ST ICs now use [mcxxxx]S
