I can't spawn multiple mobs at one block. I have tried the normal version and the development version, but nothing works. Hopefully it can be fixed!

Same problem here. The wiki says for the third line:
data:amount

However, afer trying:
15
and
health:5:15

Only one mob spawned.

It's supposed to be *15

So either

*15

Or

health:5*15

Also, it's best to use /IC docs MC1200 instead of the wiki.
