One of users put two mechanisms onto the same block (Hidden switch and a lift)and when the user tried to use one of the mechanisms, the whole server crashed.

Err, how can 2 mechanisms be on the same block exactly? What error did it crash with?

This is what I mean by having two mechs on one block: http://imgur.com/bbUMK3H. I noticed that there was a new version (v3.6.4). And I tried the bug again, but the server didn't crash.

Oh, it probably crashed due to an infinite elevator or something.. But changes in 3.6.4 could've fixed it i guess.

If it was due to the multiple on one block, I don't know how it crashed as the mechanic is at the sign not the back, but if it doesn't occur anymore its fixed.
