Please provide the config.yml not inside a rar archive, and please provide the /cb report, file.

Hmmm... But i have server with 80+ online. One Player goto to my RaidCall and says that he wanna kill my server. in 5-10s all players kicked from my server, and me too. In first time i think that he using glitch with LWC and WG, but my server is not so slow, so this bug is not working. In 1 hour of attacking - i remembered /timings command in Spigot. After using timings and paste it - i found that CB is lagging. I Found player, that ddosing me. He using that sign:

There is not gate aroung, so maybe CB starts gate search alhorithm? And with autoclicker he can ddos server with that algorithm? What do u think?

I can't view that image, but I am assuming its just an image of a gate sign.
Maybe try turning up the sign click timeout? It's the cooldown of sign clicks.

Player spamming this sign and server gonna lags, low tps and kick players from server (timeout)

Even though there is no physical gate, it's still a gate.
Try setting the gate click timeout in the config to 10, or 20.
