You have a corrupt tile entity in a chunk.

Chunk (0, 0) starts at Location{world=CraftWorld{name=world},x=0.0,y=0.0,z=0.0,pitch=0.0,yaw=0.0} and ends at Location{world=CraftWorld{name=world},x=15.0,y=255.0,z=15.0,pitch=0.0,yaw=0.0}.

^ That chunk to be specific.

This is not an issue with CraftBook, but a corrupt world/tile entity.
