CraftBook 3.7.1

When my players use doors/lifts/tp signs they get this error in their chat. On server start up I am getting this error: http://pastebin.com/XAcpituv

This is a new error, I have not even touched my CraftBook files since I left for vacation a week ago. Would appreciate some help.

P.S. I cannot change the Project name, it gives me the error 'Only developers can change that field, sorry' so I cannot change it to CraftBook.

You have a corrupt or wrongly encoded language file. Please erase the file and let it regenerate.
