Enabled some of the options within the config and this started appearing after. I disabled craftbook and it stopped.

this was for Craftbook not comdbook

That is an issue with ProtocolLib. The reason it doesn't occur without CraftBook, is because CraftBook is the only plugin using that portion of ProtocolLib.
