CRAFTBOOK-2822 - Reported by andy.armanini

Just fiddling with a Fyrestone script and the associated redstone for NYE when I thought it would be a nice feature to have any ICs which run scripts, or play songs to output when they are complete.

This would require those ICs to be self triggered. And for how long would they output high when complete? Until they restart?

When the IC begins valid execution of a script (or song, playlist that has a definite end) set output to low. When it comes to the end of the script set output to high. The ones I'm thinking of need to be triggered by an external input. I'm mostly thinking about the firework one, which executes one of the two script formats.

Yeah, the firework one would probably be the most useful. I'll look into it, I plan on improving the firework IC soon, after doing a bit of wiki editing.

You're a marvel mate. Will try this ASAP and report back. Cinderella will go to the ball after all.

That's very nice Me, it now requires a constant current to continue the show, and the output stays on only while running. This has made NYE a lot easier to manage. Now I just have to finish that FyreStone script.

Thanks!

PS: I cant work out how to sign up for wiki editing - would like to help filling in blanks etc. Albert use to have a link somewhere, but I've lost it.
