As I've said on the dev.bukkit page, what version are you using? And can you please pastebin the /cb report -i file.
Also can you please provide a screenshot of the IC.

I would prefer a response here than on the dev.bukkit.org page as here is easier to manage.

Please pastebin your server log from when your server first starts starting up, until you create an IC.
It seems no mechanics but custom crafting are loading for you.

Did you disable chairs or get ProtocolLib? Just try disabling chairs. If it still won't work pastebin the new error.

I removed the plugin en did it back twice and it isnt broken anymore

If you build a 1 tick pulser, or other fast form of red stone clock, you can power the sign with that.
