T-FlipFlop Recipes (1017 & 1018) are not working at all, D and JK not fully tested. Seemt to be bugged as well. Please test the other recipes as well...

I can't reproduce this issue. What version are you using? Can you please provide a screenshot of the IC?

Works now, seems to be an issue of our server, sorry for the inconvenience. (We had massive lag issues, and pressing a button linked to a craftbook-fliflop input visually succeded, but the signal must have been lost within the latency or TPS).
