My server warns me for currupt chunks?

[13:01:21 WARN]: A corrupt tile entity was found in the chunk: (x:0 z: 0) Self-Triggering mechanics may not work here until the issue is resolved.

[13:01:43 WARN]: [CraftBook] A chunk failed to be kept in memory. Is the chunk corrupt? (X:0, Z:0)

What should I do?

You could either erase the chunk with mc edit or something, Or select the chunk with world edit, and erase all signs, chests, furnaces, skulls, etc.

I started getting the first error every 30 seconds as well... never had it before. Running build 3560.

Update. I'm now using build 3579 and the error message no longer appears...

Changing versions can't make this error disappear, but restarting could've fixed the chunk. This issue comes and goes randomly depending on chunks.
