i use spigot too, and i don't have this error.

Implementation : git-Spigot-1279 (MC: 1.7.2)
CraftBook : 3.8-SNAPSHOT:3579-5267476,master

what function of craftbook was used when this error?
if it is possible to know.

This seems to be someone spamming an improved cauldron which is at the top of the map, so it doesn't properly fit.
