Sitting no longer works

Running build 3579 and sitting no longer works as expected. When players sit, they immediately get back up and the "you are no longer sitting" message appears in the chat. I noticed strange behavior a few builds back where players would sit and after a few seconds they would fall through the chair and receive damage, but now they can't even sit for 1 second.
