It seems that when no one is on the server, Chunk anchors do work, but for some reason, it destroys tilled farmland, and doesn't allow hoppers to work, I was wondering if there is a way for it not to destroy the tilled farmland and for hoppers to work when no one is online.

What do you mean by destroys tilled farmland?
And for hoppers, are you using spigot?

I am using Spigot, and it turns tilled farmland back to dirt.

They sound like spigot bugs, nothing craftbook can do about it.

So if I switch to bukkit, Hoppers will work when people are offline, and tilled farmland will not be tuned back to dirt? or has this been tested?

The hopper changes seem like a spigot bug, the farmland may be a mc bug.
