That just means that mc was unable to identify a UUID for a player. It's a standard issue that happens every so often due to their servers being under heavy load.

No, that looks like an IC was made to spawn an entity that used to be allowed but now isn't

How can I fix this? I use residence and worldguard. Do you mean something like that blocking it?
