CRAFTBOOK-3126 - Reported by LordRazen

Craftbook version 3.9-SNAPSHOT

Hello,

we use the newest version of Chestshop, Worldguard 6.0 and Craftbook. We recognized if you use the sign copier on Signs from Chestshop, you can disable the protection to the owner of the chestshop and steal whatever is in the chest.

So now it's the question what you can do about this:

  • Fix it and build in some kind of exception which recognize it
  • Dont care about it since Chestshop is not your Plugin - I hope you wont choose this since Chestshop is still famous.
  • Add a function which disable sign copier in a special region (you need to set build-allow to the region from chestshop so the guys can place signs, interact and use-flags dont have effects on the problem).

Please tell me what you will have to do, if you do nothing we have to deactivate the signcopy-function :(

Enable advanced block checks in the config.

Tested - if you get the sign from some sign at home and paste it in the mall it still works... (you can still destroy other shops)

Hello, I tested this on the newest Craftbook-Version with advanced-block-checks: true and
pedantic-block-checks: true - and you could still change shops from chestshop. Any more ideas?

no more reactions here!? A pity... :/

Closing this as it'd be considered a bug in ChestShop, plus - SignCopier was rewritten for CB5
