spongevanilla-1.8.9-4.1.0-BETA-293.jar
worldedit-spongevanilla-mc1.8.9-6.1.1-dist.jar
CraftBook-4.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

To Reproduce:
w/ a block in hand, walk against a wall, and then right-click attempting to place block. (ie: try to place a block in a spot where a block already exists)
I encountered this while spam-right-click placing blocks down to build a wall.
