Currency:
  Name: Dollar
  NamePlural: Dollars
  Minor: Coin
  MinorPlural: Coins

I already changed these with ccsetup but still show this in config.yml after stop and reload?

The config is stored in the database. The values in config.yml is only for
quick setup.
