Tried to fix this by going to the site it says too, but where the heck am I supposed to put the file after I download it? Says the class folder....no clue where that would be.

Hello, this is perfectly normal
It happened to me aswell

It means that CC was unable to connect to your DB, that case, you have to delete the whole config folder then retype the DB credentials and ensure that they are good. For mysql, you don't have to put like /ccsetup database adress mysql://sql.mydatabase.net
this is wrong for CC. You have to type directly like: /ccsetup database adress sql.mydatabase.net
