MySQL seems to be slowing me down. If you are able, can you run https://raw.githubusercontent.com/major/MySQLTuner-perl/master/mysqltuner.pl ? It can tell you if MySQL is tuned properly. You can also try to increase the number of MySQL threads I use in the config.yml.
