Plugin attempted to register task while disabled

Describe the bug
When disabling the server it gives you an error in the logs, it does not really do anything bad, but it's bad to have some strange error in the console. 1.17.1 git-Paper-"2826b44"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have some recipes
- Disable the server
