I am randomly teleported to the nether?

We need more information! Otherwise we cannot help you!

• Which version (plugin & minecraft)?
• Are you in creative or survival mode?
• What do you mean with randomly?
• Do you see the "thank you for traveling …" message when getting teleported to the nether?
• Does it only happen if the server load is particularly high?
• Are you willing to install an early development build for testing?

Ok, never saw this happen while players are survival mode. We had some problems with nether teleportation while players are in creative mode and high server load. But that was fixed a while ago

While all problems with the nether should be fixed with the upcoming 2.2.0 release I'm not sure what is causing your problems. First you should try disabling the nether inside your server.properties file.

Did you had the chance to test the jar I send you? Now there is also a new beta version available.
