It looks like /kci debug doesn't check whether the plug-in actually supports the minecraft version of the server. For instance, it doesn't report that minecraft 1.16.3 is not supported. Instead, it just shows 0 custom items, without generating any error...

I'm not sure whether solving this will be very easy (handling unsupported mc versions is generally messy).

This will be implemented in Custom Items 9.14.
