CrazyEnchantments changed their package prefix, which broke the support between CustomItems and CrazyEnchantments. In particular, com.badbones69.crazyenchantments.** was renamed to com.badbones69.crazyenchantments.paper.**.

I should update the support in the next minor update.

This will be fixed in KCI 12.8
