Currently, all bows and crossbows can fire all vanilla arrows and custom errors. I could allow users to configure the following restrictions:

• Custom arrows can only be used by specific (custom) bows and crossbows
• Optionally, custom bows and crossbows can only fire arrows (and firework) that explicitly allow them
