Update check of KnokkoCore version

Custom Items 8.1 will need a newer version of Knokko Core to solve the netherite bug. It should also update its automatic checks to see if KnokkoCore is up-to-date.

I did it and pushed it to master. This was the last thing to happen before releasing Custom Items 8.1, so I will upload the files after dinner.
