Add possibility to make dropped custom items indestructible

Currently, when custom items are dropped, they can be destroyed by fire, lava, explosions, cacti... (just like all other items). For some custom items, this might not be desirable. It would be nice to add a checkbox to the custom item edit menu that can be checked to make the item indestructible when dropped.
