Incorrect behavior of the KeepInventoryOnPvpDeath flag

Describe the bug
KeepInventoryOnPvpDeath set to true, but log says:
Player dies in PVP and KeepInventoryOnPvpDeath set to true. No Deadchest generated

Maybe this flag is reverted?
