Description

Implement a way to configure channel specific formatting.
That way users can just define minecraft layout format by channel name and no interference of an external hook is needed to fix the formatting.

I'm new to this codebase so maybe what I'm suggesting doesn't make sense in the concept of DiscordSRV.
